Suffered from anxiety, strees, and insomnia. I would go to bed and two hours later I was still trying to get to sleep. No more. After taking this product, I fall asleep and sleep soundly. Know I don't even take it nightly just a few times a week, when I'm feeling really stressed. Oh Oh Oh this product doesn't have the side affects as other sleeping meds. Sometimes the day after I would feel so sluggish from the meds. Not so with this. Wonderful product!
