I have been taking Melatonin Source Natural Sublingual (orange flavoured) for 10 years. 2.5mg, one a night under the tough, therefore does not go through the liver but right into the blood system. Itake it 2 hrs before I want to sleep,, as I have fibromyalga, but my husband takes it sometimes & he is asleep in 10 mins.
