Oh my gosh, when I discovered this product----and it works wonderfully, I was the happiest person in the world. Due to 10 years of laxative abuse, and now 10 years clean from it---my system didn't work properly at all. At least now, I'm not as miserable after eating, for it helps with digestion!!! THis is a must if you have problems with digestion.
