Read reviews about promensil, and figured it couldn't hurt to try it. I had been living with hot flashes/night sweats for a couple of months and they were so frequent and so intense (day and night) that they literally ruined every single day. I was moody, miserable, etc... Started taking promensil, and after 2 weeks most of the hot flashes had subsided, or were not as often or as intense. By the 3rd week they were gone. I am at the one month mark, and I am back to my old self, with a real feeling of balance in my life. Promensil does exactly what it says and is definitely worth trying. The hardest part was the first couple of weeks, because I didn't feel any difference. I am glad I stuck with the promensil because it paid off..........BIG TIME!
