I have used acidophilus (sp?) but I have discovered that they don't really work. I believe that other products have an ingredient that I am sensitive or allergic to. Allerdophilus works immediately and doesn't give me a stomache like the others. I 'push' Allerdophilus to all my friends and strangers who are trying to find something that is effective. AWESOME!! Just wish all health food stores carried it.
