Adults or children over 2 years: Take 3 tablets 1-3 times per day. Allow to dissolve under tongue. Stop when symptoms are relieved.

| HEY I had dental surgery and took arnica montana starting the day before and took it everyday....It helped keep swelling down and left no black and blue......I recently had the same surgery and forgot to go out and buy some more....now my face is all swelled up....I regret not using this product this time and recommend it to anyone who is having surgery to prevent swelling! |
