- Order via Check or Money Order - You may send us a check
or money order. If you wish to pay by check/money order, please
mail it along with your name, shipping address, phone number and
the products you are ordering to:

Quick Order
Quick Order form allow you to select products by Product ID as displayed
on this website or in a prior order. Enter the Product ID you wish
to purchase with quantity in Quick Order form and proceed for checkout.

Order Tracking
After placing your order you will see “Order Confirmation Number”
at checkout page as well as receive it in your order confirmation
email from HERBSMD.COM. You will use this code to view status and
tracking information for orders that have been shipped to you by
logging to order status link
at any time.
The order details page shows status of your order, it also displays
all the items you bought and tells you which ones have been shipped.

Return Policy
Every item we offer reflects our commitment to give
you the best quality, service and value. If not satisfied with your
purchases for any reason, simply return the product with a copy
of the invoice within 30 days from date of purchase for a prompt

Processing
Please allow 2-5 days for customer's order to be processed. If an
ordered product is in back order or discontinued from our supplier,
we will let you know through email within six days of purchase.
Orders received before 12pm Pacific Daylight time Monday through
Saturday will be processed on the same day. Orders received after
12pm will be processed the next day. Order received after 12pm Pacific
Time Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Learn

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order on our website anytime after placing it,
but before we start processing it. Maximum time cycle between your
order placement and our processing may be 24 hours. Following is
the procedure for order cancellation
- Log on to your personal profile on
HerbsMD, using email and password your provided at the time of
order.
- Click on Show Order History, and locate
the order you want to cancel.
- You will see a cancellation option under
your order detail (if we have not started processing your order)
- In case your order has been sent for processing, you can still
ask to stop its shipment. In this case, a processing fees may
apply to your cancellation

Shopping Cart's easy steps
The HerbsMD Shopping Cart was designed to protect your

To add any item to
your shopping cart, just click on the "Add to Cart" button when

- Changing Quantities
If you wish to change the
quantity of any item(s) in your shopping cart, just type the new
quantity in the quantity field for that product and click on
"Update Quantity". You must click on "Update Quantity" in order
for the information to be saved.
- Checking out
When you have finished shopping and have placed each item in your
shopping cart, click on "Proceed to Checkout" to send
us your order. You'll then be prompted to enter your email and
a password, billing and shipping addresses and credit card information.
We'll receive your order immediately and will send you a confirmation
email. It's that easy!
